Man arrested for allegedly offering $200K to buy 8-year-old from mother at Florida Walmart


An 81-year-old man was arrested after he allegedly offered $200,000 to buy a young girl from her mother at a Florida Walmart, local media reported. Port Orange police arrested Hellmuth Kolb on Saturday on battery and false imprisonment charges.
